What types of licenses are offered by Atlantis?

Individual License

Atlantis Interactive usually license per user software, an individual license is for the use of a single user only.

Site License

A site license can be activated on an unlimited number of computers and can be used by an unlimited number of users. Both computers and users must be at a single geographic work site. A single geographic work site is defined as one or more locations that are not physically separated by more than 1 mile/1.6 Km.

Enterprise License

An enterprise license can be activated on an unlimited number of computers, used by an unlimited number of users, and has no geographical limitations.

Note: For all license types, users must belong to a single entity or employed by the licencee or the licensed company; computers must be owned/leased/controlled by the licencee or the licensed company.

Where can I get a copy of the End User License agreement?

The end user license agreement can be viewed while installing the software. After installation, it can be found in the installation directory for the application.

What happens if I lose my Activation Key(s)?

The Activation Key appears on the emailed invoice form. If you lose the Activation Key and do not have access to a previously installed version, then you can retrieve your activation key from the My account page.

Can I transfer a license I own to another user?

If the software has been licensed to a Company, no notification of transfer is required from one employee of a company to another.

If the software has been licensed to a particular user, you can transfer all of your rights under the License Agreement only with Atlantis Interactive consent. We also require that you inform us of the complete new user contact information.

Transfers, in either case, are allowed only provided you retain no copies, components, media, or any part of the software. Notification of transfer and destruction must be done in writing to Atlantis Interactive and must include all software identification information.
