How can I purchase your software?

The only current way to purchase Atlantis Interactive Software is on-line, click here for our current list of products.

Using our online purchase system orders can be created and only paid for by major debit cards or the Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Not at the moment, we will be introducing payment by purchase order shortly.

Can I get the physical media (CD) for the software I have purchased?

We offer physical media in the form of a CD (Physical Media) in addition to the electronic delivery of our software. The media should arrive 10 to 15 days later. The cost is USD $30 per CD ordered, which includes shipping.

What exactly will I receive when the product is delivered by email?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include the Activation Key(s), purchase reference number, payment confirmation, and invoice.

How long does it take to fill an order or respond to a question?

  • Online orders are normally confirmed within 1 minute and at most 60 minutes.
  • E-mail responses follow immediately within 24 service hours.

What should I do in case of any problems during purchasing process?

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

We accept all Debit cards and the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard

Is it safe to use my credit card on Atlantis purchase site?

Yes, our site is secured by an SSL certificate which ensures secure communications between your computer and our web site. Our web site and server system is 100% PCI compliant, and we never store any credit card information.

How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?

'Atlantis Interactive UK Ltd' will appear on your credit card statement.

You will receive an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail at the time when your credit card is charged.

Do you charge VAT, State Taxes, etc?

The taxes we charge are as follows:

What is your refund policy?

How do I activate my products after purchase?

What’s the benefit of getting a quote?

Quotes provide sufficient information for you to make a purchase from us. You can save and email your quote to us for a price. You'll be protected from any price increases for 30 days.
