We will consider requests based on bugs/defects that we cannot resolve in a reasonable period of time. We require support information and customer assistance in our steps to resolve the issue, which will be the primary focus.
If you are unsatisfied with our attempts to resolve the issues you have within the 30 days after your purchase, then we will be happy to refund the amount you've paid, provided that you remove all licences that have been either downloaded from our web site or sent electronically. You may still use the community edition of any product.
Any requests for refunds outside of the warranty period of 30 days will be assessed individually, and Atlantis Interactive UK Ltd reserve the right to refuse requests of this nature. Again, refunds will only be issued provided that you remove all licences that have been either downloaded from our web site or sent electronically.
Atlantis Interactive currently only trade in US dollars. Developments are in hand to allow payments to be made in Sterling and Euros. An announcement will be made on the web site when this feature becomes available. It is expected to be implemented sometime in 2010.
There are no export restrictions for Atlantis Interactive products.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include the Activation Key(s), purchase reference number, payment confirmation, and invoice. The confirmation also includes contact information for billing, service and support.
Atlantis Interactive supply an activation key for every product purchased.
After you have purchased your software, you will receive an email that contains the Activation Key that will activate your Atlantis Interactive software:

The Activation Key in above example is 6jBG48-V5Dv4R-mACg9e-a39uFA-SR. To start activating your Atlantis Interactive software, you will either go through the automatic automation, manual activation or on-line activation.
