Once you have purchased our products, you will need to activate them. This can be done in one of two ways, depending on whether the computer where you are running the software has a connection to the Internet or not. In either case, the process is started by selecting the 'Enter Registration Key' menu item in the 'Help' menu. This shows the following dialogue:
Here you can choose either activation with a key, or manual activation.
Choosing 'I have an activation key' takes you to the following dialogue:
Here you enter the activation key that can be found for your product on the My account page. Entering this and click OK will then activate the software with our server. During this process you will see the following screen:
Once the activation process is complete you will see the following dialogue, confirming all the products for which you are currently licensed:
Choosing 'I want to activate manually' takes you to the manual activation dialogue:
At this point, you need to use the environment key provided to you in the dialogue to generate your license key on our web site. To do this, go to the My account page, click on 'Purchased products', click on the application that you want to download a licence for, and click the link to download a licence manually. This takes you to the download licence page, where you must enter the environment key provided to you by the activation dialogue. Clicking on 'Continue' will then show you your licence block, which you must paste back into the licensing dialogue. Once that is done, the process is complete:
