Yes. Contact support@atlantis-interactive.co.uk and tell us what product you are evaluating and what your account email address is.
When you purchase a bundle of Atlantis Interactive products, you will receive one licence that activates all the products in the bundle. If you purchase a licence that has a quantity of more than 1, then you will be able to activate that licence on multiple computers.
To retrieve your licences, go to the My account page and look in the 'Purchased products' section. The licences for all the Atlantis products you have purchased are displayed.
If you want to activate a product using the same licence, for example on a different computer or if you uninstalled the product, you need to email us to support@atlantis-interactive.co.uk and we will deactivate the serial number and then re-activate it.
To request more activations, then email us with your activation key, stating the reason why you want to increase the number of activations on your licence.
If you have already installed the product, you can find out the latest version by going to the product page and it will show this information against the relevant edition. More detailed information about versions and release dates can be found in the product roadmap section within the news pages.
If you have a support and upgrades package, you can obtain free upgrades by downloading the software from the website, or by using the 'Check For Updates' feature in the 'Help' menu of the application. This will automatically show upgrades to which you are entitled.
If you do not have a support and upgrades package, you can try out major releases using the free 30-day trial. To find out how much it will cost to upgrade to the latest version, look at the relevant upgrade pricing.
